This is an easy pumpkin spiced cold brew that is only about 50 calories versus Starbucks version which has 31 grams of added sugar and 250 calories. For the Coffee:

-Homemade Cold Brew Coffee (here is a great way to start making your own!)

-1oz (28 grams) canned pumpkin puree

-4oz vanilla unsweetened almond milk

-1oz whole milk or 1 tbsp half and half creamer

-1/2 tsp vanilla extract

-sweetener to desired taste

-pumpkin pie spice 

Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew- Quick Tips:

-You can also sweeten to desired strength with more sweetener like monk fruit extract or stevia. We also love using the Skinny Syrups as well. 

-You can use any coffee, it does not have to be cold brew. It can also be done with a hot coffee as well.

Step by Step Instructions for the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew


In a blender, combine your pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, sweetener, almond milk, a dash of pumpkin spice, and cream or whole milk. Blend on high until nice and foamy. 


After you have made the pumpkin cream, simply pour it over your cold brew coffee, add a dash of pumpkin pie spice on top and enjoy!
