Step by Step Instructions For Zach’s Creamy Scrambled Eggs

STEP 1

Do not heat pan, but add your butter and 4 large eggs and egg whites into the pan. Put your heat on medium and slowly start to crack the yolks and mix continually with a rubber spatula. The KEY is to keep stirring. What you have to do is about every 30 seconds take your eggs off the heat, but keep stirring. On and off over and over slowly stirring. DO NOT ADD SALT, SEASONING OR CREAM CHEESE UNTIL THE END!

STEP 2

Your eggs will continue to look a little runny, but this is okay they are still cooking to a safe heat to be able to eat. Keep scrapping all around the bottom of the pan, this is key to keep them creamy and fluffy. At this point you can toast your bread.

STEP 3

Finally, once eggs start to firm up some and reduce down, now you can add your cream cheese and seasoning. Turn off your heat and then fold in your ingredients. Top your toast with the egg mix and enjoy!
