Step by Step Instructions For High Protein French Toast Casserole
STEP 1
First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Next, you will need to add egg whites, almond milk, Stevia, protein powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract into a large mixing bowl. Next pull apart your pieces of 40 cal bread into small bite sized chunks.
STEP 2
After you have mixed your wet ingredients and pulled apart your bread, you will need a large casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. Add your bread chunks into the dish, then pour in your egg mixture. Make sure to mix all the bread so all pieces get to soak up the wet ingredients.
STEP 3
Lastly, cook the casserole for about 50 minutes. Take out and let cool, then enjoy with some sugar free syrup. This whole thing can be split into 3 large servings, so you should have no problem filling up with this one!
