Step by Step Instructions For Cinnamon Roll Mug Cake Recipe
STEP 1
Get 2 regular sized coffee mugs. In one of the mugs, measure out your butter and microwave for about 10 seconds to melt. Next, place your mug with butter on your scale and start measuring out your almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, sweetener, and then crack in your egg into it lastly.
STEP 2
After combining your ingredients, mix with a fork to thoroughly mix your batter in the mug, then pour out half of the mixture into your other mug. Micro wave each of your mugs for about 45 seconds each. Set to the side and let cool a little bit.
STEP 3
Lastly, it’s time to make your cream cheese icing. Melt your cream cheese and butter together in the microwave for about 15 seconds and soften it. After it’s softened, add your sweetener and vanilla extract. Mix together well, and then drizzle half of it onto each mug cake. Take your fork and make an opening in each cake so the icing goes all the way down. Finally, enjoy it!
