-1 lb of boneless, skinless chicken breast

-1/2 large avocado

-1 bell pepper, any color works

-1/2 large white onion

-1/4 cup (1 ounce weighed) mozzarella cheese

-Ole Extreme Wellness Whole Wheat Wrap

-G Hughes Smokehouse Sugar Free BBQ sauce

-2 tbsp light sour cream

Step by Step Instructions 

STEP 1

Chop up our bell peppers and onion into small chunks. Cut up your chicken into small cubes as well.

STEP 2

Season your chicken and veggies with a low sodium taco seasoning. Spray your pan with cooking spray and add in your chicken and veggies.

STEP 3

Take your sour cream and cheese and spread it across your tortilla. While your chicken and veggies are cooking in the pan, cut up your avocado and optional cilantro.

STEP 4

Take your cooked chicken and veggies, add them to your wrap and drizzle on some of the G Hughes BBQ sauce.  Enjoy your incredibly filling tacos!
