This quick a delicious recipe is a low-carb version of the famous egg roll. There are so many variations that could be done, but this is more of the classic style egg roll.

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 14 ounces shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons sriracha
- 1 whole egg
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup green onions
A few quick tips:
-Try to look for the reduced or low-sodium soy sauce
-You can also do this with any type of protein: chicken, ground pork, fish, etc!

Step by Step Instructions
STEP 1
In a large skillet, brown the beef until no longer pink. (Drain the meat if it’s really wet)
STEP 2
Add the garlic and sautee for 30 seconds. Add the cabbage, soy sauce, ginger, and saute until desired tenderness. You can add a little water if you need more liquid to sautee the cabbage down.
STEP 3
Make a spot in the center of the skillet and add the egg. Scramble until done over low heat.
STEP 4
Stir in sriracha. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with green onions. Add additional soy sauce and sriracha if desired.
