-1 Large egg
-1/2 cup (40 grams) oats
-1 cup Fat-free milk
-1 Scoop of vanilla protein powder
-Dash of cinnamon and vanilla extract

Step by Step Instructions
STEP 1
Pre heat your oven to 375. Blend together all your ingredients very thoroughly, it should be a thicker liquid consistency.
STEP 2
Pour into greased muffin sheet or parchment muffin cups, it should make six. Drizzle a tiny bit of oats on top of each.
STEP 3
After about 20 minuets baking, take out and check with a tooth pick. The tooth pick should come out clean.
