As a result has over 100% of your daily recommended Vitamin A, E, K, and full of electrolytes, and 6 grams of fiber. You NEED to include this is your meal repertoire, but try not to let your kids eat this, because they will beg you for it all the time!

-1 Packet of our High Protein Mocha Shake 

-1 Tbsp (5 grams) of chia seeds

-11.5 cups of raw spinach

-1 tbsp of no sugar added peanut butter

-1.5 cups (12oz) of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

-1/2 cup cold brew coffee ( any coffee will work though!)

-1/2 cup nonfat greek yogurt

Mocha Meal Replacement- Quick Tips:

-You do not have to use the mocha shake mix to use this recipe, for instance you can use any protein powder. Another really good one for this smoothie is our High Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake and Pudding mix

-We love using Starbucks Cold Brew, very rich and bold flavor of coffee, but any type of coffee will work

Step by Step Instructions For Mocha Meal Replacement


Put your coffee and almond milk into a blender, then add your chia seeds, peanut butter, spinach, protein powder, and yogurt (you can add ice as well if you want!)


Next, you will blend for about 1 minute, pour and enjoy the whole thing!
