  • 1oz (28 grams) Neufchatel cream cheese or reduced fat cream cheese
  • 2 Tsp ( 10 grams) Butter
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract and Stevia to taste, OR 2 tsp Jordan’s Skinny Syrup ( we love the iced cinnamon roll or caramel cream cheesecake flavors, they are almost always cheap at Marshalls, TJMaxx

-You could make this even lower calorie with a light butter or plant based spread, but we love the taste with real grass-fed butter! 


Protein: 1.3 grams

Carbs: 2 grams NET carbs .5 grams

Fat: 7.1 grams

Step by Step Instructions 


Weight out your ingredients, and in a small microwave safe bowl add in your cream cheese and butter. Melt in microwave for about 20 seconds.


Add in your sweetener and extract, whip up really well and enjoy!
