Ingredients
- 1/4 Tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
- 2oz Reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 Packet of our New York Cheesecake pudding mix, or 1 scoop of any vanilla protein powder
- 2 Tbsp low-fat sour ceram
A few quick tips:
-You can mix this by hand, but a mixer will get a creamier texture
-Sugarfree flavors like Skinnymixes are great for this recipe!
-If you do not have any protein powders, you can use and additional Tbsp of cream cheese and sour cream

Step by Step Instructions
STEP 1
Take your cream cheese and blend in a mixer until smooth, or just use a spoon and your hand.
STEP 2
Next add in your vanilla yogurt, vanilla extract, protein powder, and sour scream; blend each time you add in an ingredient. Keep mixing until smooth.
STEP 3
Add a few slices of berries on top and enjoy it right away! If you wish, you can throw it in the fridge for a little while to chill, but we doubt you can wait that long for this delicious treat
