Super delicious, high protein air fried popcorn shrimp. If you don’t have an air fryer, we recommend getting one!
Calories Per Serving:
-16 oz Fresh or thawed shrimp
-1/3 cup Breadcrumbs
-1/2 cup All purpose flour
-1 Tbsp Fat-Free milk
-Salt and pepper for desired taste
A few quick tips:
-Frozen shrimp is okay, but just make sure to thaw it out and dry them out well before trying to bread them
-You can also make things more spicy and use a Cajun seasoning in your breading mix
-This also works with chicken breast!

Step by Step Instructions
Whisk together eggs and milk in a medium bowl.
Add salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings to Ziploc bag. Blend together your flour and breadcrumbs thoroughly.
Coat shrimp in egg mixture. Drop about 5 shrimp at a time in the breading mix. Shake to coat. Place on a plate and repeat with remaining shrimp. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees. Lightly spray basket with cooking spray. Add about half the shrimp. You want them in one layer and not overcrowded. Lightly spray shrimp with cooking spray
Cook your shrimp for about 5-7 minutes, depending how crunchy you prefer your shrimp!
Repeat with your remaining shrimp. Squeeze a little lemon onto them if desired. Enjoy =)
